  1. What Does This Privacy Policy Mean?

This privacy policy (hereinafter the ‘Privacy Policy’) provides information on the processing by UAB IT Action, company, established in the Republic of Lithuania, code 305914974, registered address L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, e-mail for personal data matters: support@invite.app (hereinafter the ‘Company’) of your personal data. Hereinafter all indicated persons whose data is processed by the Company shall be referred to as ‘Data Subjects’ or ‘Data Subject’. The Privacy Policy also provides certain responsibilities of the Data Subject which must be complied with when visiting the website Invite website, using Invite app (hereinafter the ‘Website’ and the ‘App’), visiting Invite social media profiles (Youtube, Facebook). 

  1. What Personal Data We Do Process and for How Long?

Personal data is any information about the Data Subject collected by the Company that may be used for the Data Subject identification and is stored electronically or in any other manner. Personal data includes any information, including the Data Subject’s name, surname, address and IP address, which may be collected by the Company about the Data Subject for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data shall also include publicly available personal information of the Data Subject accessed by the Company when the Data Subject contacts Company via any social media networks or performs active actions in the Company‘s social media accounts, App, Website.

The terms of data processing are specified in our internal rules, which may be obtained upon request sent via e-mail support@invite.app.

  1. Signing up

For the purpose of registration in the Website or the App the following data is processed: name, e-mail, password, gender, age, nickname and account details of social network. This data is processed on the basis of execution of the contract between you and the Company (acceptance of the Terms of Use). This data is necessary for your registration and if you will not provide it, you will not be able to sign up. 

  1. Profile Creation 

You may create your own profile. In such case for the purpose of profile creation on the basis of execution of the contract, concluded with you, we will process your name, surname, date of birth, contact details, description. Name, location, date of birth is necessary for profile creation and if you will not provide it, you will not be able to communicate with others. You may also provide your image, information on your interests, hobbies, occupation, information about your hometown, family relationships or other specific views and other. In some cases, we may ask for additional information for security reasons or to provide specific services to you. You may delete your profile any time you want.

  1. Using Services

You may use our Services that are provided via the App and the Website (the ‘Service’). In such a case for the purpose to provide the Services for you on the basis of execution of the contract, concluded with you, we will process your name, surname, date of birth, contact details, location, description, payment details, your communication with us and other members. This data is necessary to duly provide the services. Term of data processing: 

We reserve the right to change certain settings of your account concerning news subscription, banners, product offerings and other means of fulfilment of our Service content and services in certain circumstances, related to marketing and promotional activities.

  1. Direct Marketing

We will send offers related to the promotion of the services of the Company, newsletters and other advertising material to persons, over 18 years of age, who have provided their contact details and have expressed a consent to receive such information via electronic communication means (telephone, e-mail, text messages). The Company will process the following personal data for direct marketing purposes: name, contact details (data necessary in order to be able to send you direct marketing messages). 

If you are our client and you have not objected to Company‘s direct marketing activities, we will send you messages about services similar to those purchased by or provided to you on the basis of our legitimate interest (to promote sales). You have the right to object (refuse) to direct marketing or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via e-mail on support@invite.app. We will treat you as our client as long as you have your profile. 

We may use collected information to deliver information that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as banners and promotions (please read Section 10).

  1. Service improvement

We use the information, collected through cookies and pixels on the basis of your consent internally to improve our marketing efforts, analyse the Service usage, improve our content and product offerings and customize the content of our Service and layout. These uses allow us to improve our Service and better tailor your online experience.

There are several ways how you can contact the Company: by phone, e-mail, text messages on the Website or via social media accounts. We personally accept, review and reply to all messages. If you contact us, we can process the following data belonging to you: name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number, date, your nickname used in social media networks, and text of messages, answers to your questions. 

Such data will be processed in order to answer your questions. Legitimate basis for such data processing is your consent. If you do not provide your contact details, we will not be able to contact you.

Please note that we may have to contact you by post, e-mail or phone. Please notify us of any changes of your personal data.

Information collected by third-parties for advertising purposes. We may allow service providers, advertising companies and ad networks, and other third parties to display advertisements on our Service. We do not provide any non-anonymized personal information to third parties.

We reserve the right to use your IP address to determine your location.

We can disclose information about you to our employees, managers, agents, service providers such as persons or subcontractors providing marketing and IT services, if the same is reasonably required for the respective purposes, as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and/or international organisations, except cases provided for in this Privacy Policy or third parties privacy policies. In such cases we will ensure that we have one of the grounds, established in the General Data Protection Regulation letting us to do so (e.g. your consent, standard contractual clauses, decision on adequacy).

Except in cases provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not transfer your personal data to any third parties. 

The list of recipients and categories of recipients provided in the Privacy Policy may change; therefore, if you wish to be notified of any changes to the recipients of your personal data, please inform us via e-mail provided in this Privacy Policy indicating in the e-mail as follows: “I wish to receive information on the changes to the recipients of my personal data, name, surname”. 

We may disclose personal data to our third party service providers, who may be located in countries outside of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), subject to contracts with those third parties. These may include: our group companies;  IT or payment services providers; data centers providers. Where we transfer personal data from inside the UK or EEA to outside the UK or EEA, we will transfer your personal data subject to approved safeguards unless we are permitted under UK/EEA data protection law to make such transfers without such formalities. 

There might be a function in our service, under which you may choose to use our referral service to tell a friend or friends about us. In this case, we may ask you for your friend's social account name, name or email address and send an invitation to him or her to use our Service. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email with an invitation to use our Service. We maintain this information for the sole purpose of sending email and tracking the status of the referral. Your friend or friends may contact us to request that we remove their email address from our records.

We will in no way be responsible for the damage incurred by you due to the provision of inaccurate or incomplete personal data or failure to notify us about changes to them.

You must be 18 or over to enter and register as a member to use our Service. Children under 18 years of age are prohibited from using our Service. We ask that children would not submit information to us. Membership in the service is void where prohibited.

You should check it from time to time and make sure that you find the current version of Privacy Policy acceptable.
